Verizon Wireless Retail Store
RAUCH inc. provided architectural and engineering design services for the construction of this Verizon Wireless retail store. Our Architectural and MEP teams worked directly with Verizon on a design that aligned with their corporate design standards while still meeting local planning and zoning regulations. The project included the construction of a new 3,200 sf retail store to include customer service space, stocking room, and accessible restrooms.
Our services included coordination with survey professionals, geotechnical, and civil engineers to establish existing conditions and coordinate fire protection and building permitting.
Our scope of work also included coordinating staging, materials, fixtures, appliances, millwork and trim selections. Construction documents were prepared including a full set of architectural, structural, MEP, and Civil drawings with related specifications.
RAUCH inc. compiled a bid package for selection of a general contractor. We handled permitting and construction administration working to ensure the project stayed on budget and on schedule.
