Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years design experience under the supervision of a licensed professional architect preferred.
- B.S. degree in Architecture or similar field preferred
- Proficiency in drafting
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to follow directions and work in a team setting
- Ability to read and understand building and site plans
- Proficient with computers and problem solving
- Experience with AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suites, MS Project Scheduling a plus
- Experience with cost estimating a plus
Responsibilities:
- Work will generally encompass all aspects of architectural design on a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
- Preparation of construction documents (including plans, sections and detail drawings) using AutoCAD and Revit
- Understanding of construction documents and how plan sets are assembled
- Basic understanding and experience in construction means, methods, and materials
- Basic understanding of building code and life safety
- Graphic design layout and presentation
- Ability to work within a team setting and community/collaborate with other disciplines within the firm (i.e. – engineering and survey)
- Adhere to appropriate industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range of $50,000-$70,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Requirements:
- Computer and technical skills including AutoCAD, Civil3D, Carlson, and Excel spreadsheets
- Proficient at reading plans and able to communicate/interface with other design professionals and regulatory personnel
- Experienced in reducing conventional field data and preparing survey maps on projects such as boundary, topographic, ALTA, subdivision and construction stakeout surveys
- Reliable and good work ethic
Responsibilities:
- CAD drafting of residential surveys and plats (Boundary, ALTA/ASCM surveys, Topographical Surveys, Construction Surveys, Elevation Certificates, etc.)
- Read and interpret deeds of record, metes and bounds descriptions, easements, plats, maps, FEMA maps, Architectural and Engineering Plans, etc.
- Performing routine survey computations
- Demonstration of good judgment and thorough knowledge in the application of survey principles, researching existing survey records, interpreting plans, operating survey equipment, and collecting, processing, interpreting data for engineering and surveying projects.
Work Conditions:

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of three to five years’ experience preferred
- Associate degree in CAD or a CAD Certificate
- CAD drafting software experience (i.e. AutoCad and HydroCad)
- Minimal experience with public works, site development, grading, erosion and sediment control, stormwater, and utility design
Responsibilities:
- Working under the supervision of a P.E. or Project Manager to provide engineering design services for a variety of projects;
- Design calculations;
- Preparing grading, storm water management, and erosion and sediment control designs;
- Prepare construction plans and site plans;
- Prepare documents and reports and compile information for permitting;
- Ability to work within a team setting and community/collaborate with other disciplines within the firm (i.e. – survey, architecture, and environmental services); and
- Adhere to appropriate industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

- Salary range of $45,000-$85,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Requirements:
- B.S. or master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree;
- Holds a Professional Engineers (P.E.) license and a Professional Structural Engineer Certificate (S.E.);
- 5+ years of experience;
- Experience designing commercial, industrial, academic buildings, and transportation infrastructure preferred;
- Experience using engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit;
- General knowledge of applicable codes is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, analyze, and design structural elements of projects such as buildings, foundations, and framing;
- Perform visual inspections and evaluate the work of others;
- Provide approvals and apply registration seal to drawings, designs, and plans;
- Ability to work within a team setting and community/collaborate with other disciplines within the firm (i.e. – survey and architecture)
- Adhere to appropriate industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
