Song Dog Distilling is a family-owned farm distillery located in Montgomery County, Maryland. They are focused on creating made-from-scratch spirits and promoting agritourism.

RAUCH inc. has been engaged to provide comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering, environmental services, civil engineering, and project management.

RAUCH inc.’s scope of work includes overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring all design and implementation phases run smoothly.

Deliverables include design of HVAC systems, interior and exterior lighting, electric utility connections, plumbing and piping, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems. It also includes design of a water treatment system for process water, ensuring environmental sustainability.
