Lakeside Trails

Trappe, Maryland

RAUCH inc. provided land planning for a lake and a network of bicycle and pedestrian trails for a new housing development in the Town of Trappe. Design and approvals were coordinated with local and state agencies including the Maryland Department of Transportation and the Maryland Department of Planning.

In addition to design work, we provided all grading, stormwater management, environmental protection features, drainage, earthwork management, and permitting services.
