Home Ownership Works (HOW) Pilot Program

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) awarded the City of Cambridge with $3 million in funding for affordable and market rate homes in the downtown. The project is one of two pilot programs in the State of Maryland under the Home Ownership Works (HOW) initiative (Johnston Square in Baltimore City is the second).
