Complete architectural design devices, including all code studies for the conversion of the historical commercial building to condominium units.  Design included one unit per floor with varying configuration of bedrooms and living space.  The design included a full code study of existing structural elements and fire safety requirements.  Inclusion of an elevator was explored as well as access to each unit from both the front and rear points of entry.
