Heritage Shores Outdoor Recreation Amenities

Heritage Shores is a 2,000 unit residential/golf course community in Bridgeville, Delaware. RAUCH, inc. completed engineering design services for the first three phases of development and is providing ongoing services for future phases. Located approximately 40 miles from North Ocean City, the golf course features ponds, natural wetlands, existing woodlands, and artistic bunkering for a memorable and exciting golfing experience. The par-72 layout challenges and test players at all levels and abilities. Other recreational amenities in the community include walking trails, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a wellness center.

In addition to design, our scope of work included grading, storm drainage, water, sewer, stormwater management, utility design, hydrology, sediment control, permitting, and project management.
