RAUCH, inc. provided construction inspection services in accordance with USDA funding requirements for an intergenerational center in Cambridge, Maryland. The center provides intergenerational programming, assisted living, and senior housing. The construction budget was $12.8M with funding from state and federal sources.

We served as the Owner’s Representative interacting with project contractors and subcontractors. We reviewed schedules, ensured safety compliance, reviewed shop drawings and samples. We also provided recommendations on modifications to drawings or specifications when necessary. Our field inspection personnel were responsible for ensuring all inspections, tests, and system start-ups were successfully completed. We maintained all records for the project, including inspection reports, contract documents, change orders, field orders, RFls, progress reports, submittals, and recommendations for payment applications. Our field inspectors documented progress with photos and our Smart Site Plan tool to coordinate with work-in-progress and conditions reports.
