Dorchester Administration Building

The Dorchester Administrative Building is a multi-service building where students and faculty can access academic advising, admissions, student retention, and financial aid services. It also features office space for institutional advancement, human resources, and the alumni association. RAUCH, inc. provided architectural design as well as mechanical and electrical engineering professional services from pre-design through permitting and construction. The project consisted of select demolition and interior renovations. Architectural finishes were designed to be cohesive with existing and adjacent materials and colors. The existing building systems (HVAC, fire suppression, and power) were modified to accommodate the renovations.
