Kitchen and Living Space Remodel

Complete architectural design devices, including bidding and permit services for existing home renovations. The design included reconfiguration of the existing kitchen to improve the layout, views, functionality, and storage capacity. Other adjacent spaces, such as the dining room, bar/foyer, pantry, powder room, and living room were partially altered or re-configured. Re-configuration of the existing master bathroom spaces, including the addition of an exterior patio or deck structure w/ access directly from the master bathroom.
