RAUCH inc. conducted a thorough engineering feasibility study pre-construction for the expansion of 2U, inc.’s corporate headquarters – the world’s most comprehensive free-to-degree online learning platforms. Our study addressed issues such as zoning constraints, parking calculations, easement issues, property owner verification, preliminary design evaluation, stormwater management needs, site utility concerns, deeds research, and survey needs. Our team effectively coordinated with Prince George’s County reviewing agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Our post-feasibility study scope of work included civil site engineering services for obtaining a fine grading permit and developing stormwater management plans incorporating Environmental Site Design (ESD) practices, grading, and erosion sediment controls.

This project required comprehensive permitting and approvals support, involving collaboration with multiple state agencies.
