Riverview Mobile Home Park Wastewater Treatment Plant

RAUCH inc was retained by the owners of Riverview for planning, design, and construction management services for an expansion of their Mobile Home Park. Our scope of work included preliminary engineering and permitting services for the construction of a privately owned Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR) wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) with a point discharge to the Bishopville Prong.

We successfully obtained the discharge permit from the Maryland Department of the Environment by developing an innovative phosphorus mitigation plan with best management practices and nature-based solutions. We also assisted the owners with an approved amendment to the Worcester County Comprehensive Water and Sewer Plan.

The project is now entering Phase II in which our services will include site plan approvals, civil site design, final wastewater treatment plant design, construction permitting, and construction inspection and management.
