Entrance Renovation & Pool Addition

Residential home entrance renovation and pool addition. The design calls for reorientation of the entrance, contemplating a new entrance elevation with the addition of pool and decking adjacent to the new entrance. Design included all permitting and code research and application and successful receipt of a variance to complete this project.  Civil engineers prepared the stormwater management plan and revision plat.  The design team proposed a reconfiguration of the existing one-story space to include two levels, the first floor housing a two-car garage with overhead doors and design of a new stair to the existing living space. The second level includes a new owner bedroom, ensuite bathroom, closets, laundry room, and playroom.  Design includes reconfiguration of the front porch to give access to the pool.
