Casey Rauch Promoted to President
RAUCH inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Casey Rauch, P.E. to the position of President of the corporation. Robert D. Rauch, owner of RAUCH inc. proudly made the announcement to employees at a holiday gathering in December.
RAUCH inc. is an Easton based, full-service consulting firm offering engineering, architecture, surveying, environmental matters, construction management, and government relations.
Robert D. (Bob) Rauch started the firm 40 years ago as the sole proprietor and has since grown the company to over 50 full and part-time employees serving over 300 clients with projects in Maryland, across the nation, and around the world.
Casey Rauch has worked at RAUCH inc. for more than 20 years. During that time, he has assumed many management responsibilities and has served as Vice President of the company for the past ten years. During the December announcement, Bob stated that Casey has earned the respect of RAUCH’s employees and valued clients and is well prepared to take on the new leadership role.
“I am extremely grateful for the confidence that Bob and the rest of the staff have in me”, said Casey Rauch. “I’m grateful for this opportunity and plan to responsibly expand the company to meet the ever-changing market demands.”
Bob also announced the promotion of Dustin Rauch, P.E. to the position of Senior Vice President where he will work with his brother Casey in shaping the future of the company. Dustin has worked for RAUCH inc. for over fourteen years during which time he and Bob developed Smart Site Plan, a GIS-based software platform with an international client base. The software was developed with the invaluable assistance of Sergey Mass, lead software designer and partner in the business. Smart Site Plan is owned, managed, and marketed by Juno Maps, LLC.
The broad range of services and size of the client base of RAUCH inc. demands a broader and more diverse management team for continued successful expansion. Each of the RAUCH inc. departments will be managed by newly appointed vice presidents, who will work with Casey and Dustin to take the company forward. The following were appointed as Vice Presidents: James Cook, V.P.; Susan Waite, V.P. Administration; Brian Fitzgerald P.E., V.P. Engineering; Virginia Richardson AIA, V.P. Architecture; James Harrison, V.P. Technology; William Ewald, RLS, V.P Survey; Kyle Kowalczyk, V.P. Environmental; and Ken McFadden, V.P. Construction Management.
“I am very proud of our 40-year journey to become the company we are today,” said Bob. “The future is very bright, with new opportunities to grow and prosper. I have had the benefit of incredible leaders who have been instrumental in making us what we are. The future belongs to these leaders, and I am prepared to now let these leaders take RAUCH inc. into the future.”
He also told them that this change in management should not be interpreted as a retirement speech. Bob will serve as the Chair of the Board of the company, which will include all company officers as well as Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio and Jennifer Willams, Esq. Bob will also lead and work in several other businesses he created to better serve a broad range of clients.
Jeannie Hadaway-Riccio recently joined the RAUCH inc. team as head of the Government Relations team. A well-known public figure, she served in the Maryland House of Delegates for 11 years, served as Governor Larry Hogan’s Deputy Chief of Staff, and most recently served as Secretary of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. Bob and Jeannie have created a new Maryland firm, R & R Complete Solutions, to provide public relations, advocacy, and lobbying services in Maryland.
Additionally, Rauch Properties, LLC was created as a licensed real estate company to connect Rauch inc. clients who are buyers and landowners and assist them in achieving their mutual goals. Jennifer L. Williams will serve as broker and Meghann Rauch and Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio will be sales agents.
